Support Policy (updated 7/16/04)

E-mail support is the recommended method of contacting us for any non emergency or non connectivity issues. Please be sure to always include your telephone number. Obviously if your problem is a connectivity issue or an e-mail issue then it won't work for this, though often people who can't receive e-mail can still send it. Please send all support questions to Support@hmcltd.net

Telephone support has always been free, and will continue to be. Our office telephone number is (419) 484-2059 for Bellevue/Clyde. If this is a long distance call then please feel free to dial 1-800-541-7779 toll free, and you will reach either us or our answering service. If you reach the service please give a brief description of the problem.

Calls are returned from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

For billing inquiries please call us during Business Hours at 419-484-2059. Alternatively you may email your questions to billing@hmcltd.net. The Technical Support staff does not have the proper information available to them to assist you outside of normal business hours.

Please note that if you have "Anonymous Call Block" on your telephone then we cannot return your calls. You must unblock your phone.
